3 days ago my 2006 F350 started having these issues. All instrument panel gauges quit working, radio quit working, power windows quit working. It started as an intermittent problem, but is getting progressively worse. Note that it doesn't affect my ScanGauge, connected via the OBDC port.

If you were then you would have to make sure the glass wasn't binding. Also sometimes if you lightly tap on the motor while moving the switch it get's the motor moving
